I have the right to display commissioned artwork on my social media for promotion and portfolio. If you don't agree with that, please let me know when I can publish it

I have the right to stream the process of your commission unless client states otherwise

It is strictly prohibited to display works of art in AI programs or NFTs without the artist's permission

Distributing or selling any commissioned work without my permission is strictly prohibited. Please contact me first if you intend to resell my work (I absolutely do not allow selling it for more than it was paid for)

I have the right to decline any commission

I have the right to do commissions or any illustrations other than your commission

There is no revision limit on sketches, but I reserve the right to decline revisions if they are too excessive or difficult to do

Once you receive the update, feel free to request any changes or adjustments. Your input is welcomed throughout the process to ensure good quality in the final model. But again, back to agreement 7

Changes to existing policies on streaming platforms are not the illustrator's responsibility, if there are any changes you need, additional fees will be charged

The price listed is the base price, it can increase depending on the difficulty level of the model or can be the same

You must provide clear references to avoid mistakes in modelI don't accept rush orders, please pay attention to thisI have the right to log any and all conversations about the commissions

For Vtuber companies, the price is double

Please do not disclose any personal information found in the transaction process or legal action will be taken

Information about clients will be kept confidential from other people asking until client says otherwise

Mode of Payment: Paypal via invoice or V-Gen

Payment should be given after final sketch

Price of your commission may vary depending on the complexity. Starting price range will be stated in each commission info.

Commercial fees will only apply if my work is going to be used in: Twitch, Youtube & Tiktok (hobby nor paid use)

Commercial use: + 20%

Merchandise: Twice of the original price

Refunds are applicable if I physically cant finish your commission (i.e: Me getting into accident & broken equipment)

Major design changes that’s entirely different to the original order will be considered asa new commission and therefore liable to be charged full price

For cancelling your commission, please contact me IMMEDIATELY before payment ensues.

No refunds when you cancel after payment lol
